The Promoter of the Prize Draw is TIGI International Limited (“Elida Beauty”), who can be contacted at BedHead Studio, Ransome Dock Business Centre, 35 – 37 Parkgate Rd, London SW11 4NP] United Kingdom. Elida Beauty has appointed Umbrella Risk Management Ltd (company number 5397976) of Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton, Buckinghamshire, HP18 9LS (“Umbrella”) to manage and run the Prize Draw.
By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Elida Beauty, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw starts at 00:00 (BST) on 23 May 2024 and ends at 23:59 (BST) on 27 May 2024 (the “Prize Draw Period”)
Who can enter this Prize Draw?
Participants must:
be residents of, and have a postal address in the United Kingdom
be aged 18 or over.
The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Elida Beauty, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Elida Beauty, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Elida Beauty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
How does the Prize Draw work?
To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:
Visit the Superdrug Presents event;
Scan the QR code (available on the free-standing display units advertising the promotion), or visit https://superdrugpresentsimpulse.co.uk;
Complete the entry form (which will require entrants’ first and last name, email address and phone number) available through the QR code and at https://superdrugpresentsimpulse.co.uk; and submit the entry form. (together an “Entry”)
Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once during the Prize Draw Period). Only the first Entry for each platform by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. If a submission fails to satisfy any or all requirements of an Entry, it will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.
All Entries must be received by Elida Beauty during the Prize Draw Period, or they will be void. Elida Beauty will not accept responsibility for:
Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking, or using a prize.
On 29 May 2024, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, to receive the Prize (defined below). The winner of the Prize will be selected from all valid Entries received during the Prize Draw Period.
The winner of the Prize will be notified within 2 days of the Prize Draw, via a telephone call to the number provided by the participant on the entry form (“Notification”). The winner will be required to confirm their name and contact details to claim their Prize.
The Prize (defined below) must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message within 2 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). If after 2 (two) attempts a winner has not been contacted successfully, has been unavailable, or hasn’t accepted the Prize within the Claim Period, the Prize is forfeited, and an alternative winner will be chosen. Alternative winners will have 3 days to claim their Prize. In order to receive their prize, the winners will also need to provide Elida Beauty with any further information requested by Elida Beauty, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification.
The winner may be required to provide Elida Beauty with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Elida Beauty’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.
What is the Prize?
There will be one (1) trip to Paris for two people(winner + 1 guest). All travellers must be aged 18 or over.
The winner will receive:
Economy flight return travel from a UK International airport (London, Manchester or Edinburgh) or Standard Class Eurostar London to Paris.
Two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) in a central Paris 4* hotel.
Daily breakfast.
£600 transferred to the bank account nominated in the Notification, for both the winner and their guest. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall be £600 in total for the winner and their guest, not £600 each. (together the ‘Prize’)
It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to ensure their availability to travel and that they have at least a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport from the date of the Final Draw. The hotel is selected and booked by the Umbrella at its discretion. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to ensure that they obtain a visa if needed and have adequate travel insurance during travel. It is also the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements, for example:
The booking cannot be changed (e.g. dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for Umbrella. These fees would be the responsibility of the winner.
All components of the Prize must be claimed at the same time.
Once booked, the Prize cannot be changed or supplemented.
The Prize excludes anything not specifically set out in these Terms, including any other meals and beverages (except for breakfast), excursions, attractions, treatments, car rental, travel insurance, personal expenses, and anything not expressly included in the Prize description above.
Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to Paris.
The holiday is valid for travel until 31st December 2024 excluding travel over Christmas and all bank holidays. The travel must be completed within 6 months from the Prize Draw end date.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has a cash value of zero. The Prize is for personal use only and is not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Elida Beauty determines that the Prize is being misused. Elida Beauty reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
General
The winner and/or their guest may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity and agree to any such content being shared across Elida Beauty social media channels (Instagram: Impulse_uk and Tiktok: impulse.uk), including recognised partner channels. Subject to the winner being 18 years and above, the winner and guest may be filmed, photographed, and interviewed by Elida Beauty or Umbrella during the travel – subject to the winner and their guest’s approval. Where approval is granted, Elida Beauty shall have a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of such footage, photographs, and testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
Elida Beauty reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
Elida Beauty will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
If you have elected to be added to the Elida Beauty’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products, and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer of their personal data to Umbrella and Elida Beauty for the purposes of the administration of this promotion, and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. Unless the Entrant has consented, any personal information shared with Elida Beauty and/or Umbrella will be deleted following seven (7) months of the Prize Draw.

The winner’s surname and county will be made available within 3 months of the close date. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Elida Beauty may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
The decision of Elida Beauty regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the Prize Draw page (https://superdrugpresentsimpulse.co.uk).
With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Elida Beauty is not liable for, and you release Elida Beauty from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
